Brandon is working on his bachelor’s in Materials Science as a 2nd year student at Arizona State University. He joined the group in Fall of 2019, and he works with Piyush Haluai and Mai Tan on TEM Image Processing of Cerium nanoparticles in different environments. While he is interested in nanomaterials related to sustainability as well as the ongoing applications of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene, his true passions include piano, guitar, and soccer! Brandon is currently applying to Arizona State’s 4+1 Master’s program, and hopes to find a good way to merge his material interests with his musical interests for his Honor’s thesis!
